|
The cost for registrering your establishment is R 300 per year(a 12 month period) |

What do you get for R 300? |

Included in the R 300 is the following:

to your current website and more

How does it work? |
|
If you have an accommodation establishment:
First you need to register as a customer on the website. This you do by following the link to the registration page and selecting Register your Accommodation Establishment.
This will then take you to a customer registration wizzard where you will enter the relevant information. Upon successfull completion of this wizzard, you will receive
a username and password via email/SMS. You will then automatically be taken to your Management Console. In the Management Console you will be able
to create your Establishment Account, upload photos, setup notification, view stats and more. You can enter the Management Console at any time to alter your account/details
If you are looking for accommodation:
Upon entering the website www.place-2-stay.co.za - THE South African Accommodation SITE, you will land on the start page. Here you will be able to perform searches for accommodation
by entering certain keywords, advance searches per region/accommodation type/price, map searches and just browsing through listings. When you have found the
accommodation estbalishment based on your criteria, you will be able to view more details and you will then be taken to the accommodation establishment's mini-webpage. Here you
will find detailed information, contact details and more.

What happens if I do not make payment? |
|
|
If the payment is not received within the 5 working days, we will then contact you.
If we then cannot come to an agreement we will suspend your account. |
|
|
|
When and how do I pay? |
|
|
Upon successful registration of your establishment account, you have 5 working days
to make the payment of R 300. The payment can be made via Internet/EFT or
direct deposit. Please quote your username provided upon registration on the
payment. |

|
How long is the subscription period? |
|
|
Your subscription is 12 months from the date of registration. Upon reaching
the end of the subscription, we will notify you and you can then decide of you wish
to renew your subscription |

|
|
How long does it take to get the mini-webpage up and running? |
|
|
This is not a long process. It takes about 10-15 minutes to complete your
mini-webpage - this include the selection of template design, upload of photos and
description. If you follow the off-line process and wish for us to create
it, it takes about 24hours. |

|
Can I list more than one establishment? |
|
|
Yes. In the Management Console you can add more than one establishment under
your profile. Please just note that the cost is R 300 per establishment |
|
|
|
Will you take material from my existing website? |
|
|
Yes we can, but we try to encourage people to follow the easy online process.
If you wish for us to get the information, you must just provide written confirmation
for us to do so. |

|
Can I create the page? |
|
|
Unfortunately, no. This is a system generated process. You can however
provide us with some suggestions and we will then see how we can accommodate it. |

|
|
Must I upload the details? |
|
|
Yes/No. If you wish for us to upload the details to your mini-webpage you must just
let us know and provide us with the information your wish to upload. We will
then inform you when your page is active(+- 24 hours) |

|
How many template designs can I choose from? |
|
|
Currently there is 10 template designs. We try to add new designs on a regular
basis. If you have an idea in mind for a template, please let us know |
|
|
|
Can I provide you with the information to upload? |
|
|
Yes. If you wish for us to upload your information, please just let us know. |
|
|
|
Will you provide text/description for me? |
|
|
Unfortunately, no. You must provide the details for your mini-webpage. |
|
|
|
How many photos can be uploaded? |
|
|
You can upload up to 6 photos. |
|
|
|
Will you take photos for us? |
|
|
Unfortunately, no. You must provide the photos for your mini-webpage. |
|
|
|
Do you make reservations? |
|
|
No. We are just the LINK between the establishment and the person looking
for accommodation. |
|
|
|
Can I link to my current website? |
|
|
Yes. You can enter your current website address when you create your mini-webpage.
People will then be able to access your website from the page. |
|
|
|
What about changes? |
|
|
No Problem. You can access your Management Console 24/7 to make changes. |
|
|
|
Is the mini-webpage mine? |
|
|
No. The templates/website/system belongs to us. The information you provide
is yours. |
|
|
|
How will I know someone is looking for accommodation? |
|
When someone enquires about your accommodation, you will either be phones by them,
receive and email/SMS from us with the enquiry. If the person sends the enquiry
from the webpage, it will be saved to your Management Console's requests where you
will be able to view it again. |

|
|
What do I do when I get the enquiry? |
|
|
You can handle this then same way you handle all your customers. |
|
|
|
Can my subscription be transferred |
|
|
Yes. You must just provide us with the relevant details. |
|
|
|
|
Can I cancel my subscription? |
|
|
Yes. You can at any time. Please just note that there will be NO refund! |
|
|
|
|
Can you host my website? |
|
|

Can I advertise on your website? |
|
|
