| The peak-season is from December 1st to January 31 and the apartment is rented out for R 950 per day. The mid-season is from February 1st to April 30th and the apartment is rented out for R 750 per day.
A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking and the balance on arrival. Direct deposits or Electronic transfers accepted. |

Directions |
| From Cape Town International Airport,
Take the N2(Settlers Way) to Cape Town,
From the N2 take the N7 to Malmesbury (2nd turnoff to the left),
Travel for +- 12 km,
Take Plattekloof Road till you get to a T-Junction,
Turn right into Koeberg Road,
At 2nd traffic light turn left(Blaauwberg Road),
Follow this road to the beach front,
Turn right towards Bloubergstrand(Marine Drive),
Travel for 2.5 km,
Turn Left into "Sir David Baird Drive,
The very first road left again(Van Reenen Street),
Turn right into Belloy Street,
Berg en See is the only Tratched-roof house in the street (no. 8) |
