Guests are accommodated in luxury en-suite bedrooms with superior quality linen and towels. The house has three en-suite bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds.
Guests can relax in the lounge or on the patio downstairs, reading or listening to music while helping yourself from the coffee bar. Alternatively guests can take a leisurely 350m stroll to the beach.
A full breakfast is served daily between 8h00 and 9h30 in the dining area or on the covered, upstairs patio which offers wonderful sea views (weather permitting).
The premises is secured with a high boundary wall and security gate, providing the guests with secure parking for their vehicles. Guests are provided with a remote control to gain access to the premises.
Your hosts, Alan and Ingrid can offer advice on the surrounding area, restaurants and activities. |

Distance: 95 km
Take the N2 Highway past Somerset West, over Sir Lowry's Pass.
After Houw Hoek Pass, take the R43 Botrivier/ Hermanus turnoff to your left. Travel approximately 26 km past Hawston, Vermont and Onrus. At the 2nd set of traffic lights, turn right at the SANDBAAI/Hemel en Aarde junction into Main Road (at Engen Garage).
Continue until you reach Piet Retief Avenue. Turn right into Piet Retief. You will find us on the corner of Piet Retief and Mentz streets on your right. The house is well sign-posted. |

To secure a booking a 50% deposit is payable at booking and the balance before or on arrival. No reservation will be made without a deposit.

Less than 7 days before arrival date: all monies paid.
